Managing Relationships

Only show up when you are delivering meaningful value for free – this is the connection economy mantra for professional service providers. Revenue opportunities flow naturally from the recognition that we now all live and work in a massively over communicated environment and the only thing that carries any value is people’s attention – which is highly scare and valuable resource – so respect it

 

 

Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. Don’t be tempted to connect continuously just because your Tribe has given you permission to do. A relationship earned can readily be lost if you’re seen to be pushy. Scarcity enhances value.
